What information do you need to prepare a quote?
The product types you want to make (blocks, pavers, ready-mix, etc.), target daily capacity, number of shifts and site dimensions if available. If you don't have these yet, we'll work them out together in our first meeting.
What is the lead time?
30–60 days for standard series and 60–120 days for turnkey plants, depending on the project. We state the exact lead time in writing in our quote.
Are installation and training included?
For projects in Türkiye, installation, commissioning and operator training are included. For international projects, team travel and accommodation are planned separately.
What does the warranty cover?
Our machines carry a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, excluding wear parts. It can be extended with a scheduled maintenance contract.
Do you make moulds or parts for other brands?
Yes. From dimensions and a sample, or a technical drawing, we produce moulds and spare parts compatible with other brands.
